It is with deep sadness that we report the sudden passing of Glenn Mohler, AB3TQ of Mohnton, PA on March 4, 2019. Our condolences go out to his family and friends. He will be missed. We will post more information when it becomes available.
Glenn was a member of both PAARC and the Reading Radio Club. He brought energy and enthusiasm for participating in and organizing fox hunts for both clubs. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors on the challenge of geocaching and operating for Summits On The Air (SOTA).
Glenn wrote an article for the PAARC website on fox hunting in 2017 where he mentioned many of the friends he made on PAARC foxhunts. Join us for the PAARC Auction on Friday, June 7th. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the auction items from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The auction begins at 7:30 pm. We accept cash, and PAARC members may also pay by check. Auction proceeds benefit PAARC. Refreshment table. There’s no presentation on this night, but there is a VE test session at 5:00 pm.
