Club Meeting – 2/7: Mesh Networks

Join us at 7:00 pm at St. James Lutheran Church in Limerick, PA for a presentation on AREDN mesh networks by Tom Nolan, W3EX. Tom is our Montgomery County ARES Emergency Coordinator. Refreshments served. All are welcome to attend.

Club Meeting – 1/3/2020: Travels with KB3SBC & WA3WSJ

Club Meeting on 10/4: ARES/RACES with K3ITH

Join us for the PAARC monthly club meeting on Friday, October 4th at 7:00 pm. Our presentation will be on ARES/RACES. Come and learn about the important reporting changes for ARES. The presenter will be Richard “Dick” Stewart, K3ITH, the District 1  Emergency Coordinator.  You may remember him from the outstanding train car presentation he did last year. All are welcome to join us at St. James Lutheran Church, Kugler Rd. and Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA.  Refreshments served.

2019 Amateur Radio License Exams

If you’re planning to take your Amateur Radio license test in 2019, take it with the friendly and experienced team at PAARC. We offer tests monthly on most first Fridays at 5:00 pm at St. James Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Rd., in Limerick, PA, except during the summer months. Test sessions are administered by examiners accredited by the ARRL.  2019 scheduled exam dates: 1/4, 2/1, 4/5, 5/3 (the 3/1 session has been canceled due to bad weather)
