Monthly Meeting
Programs of general interest are held on the first Thursday of the
month (except for July and August) at the Exelon Nuclear Information
Center, Longview Road, Limerick Township, PA, starting at 7:00 PM.
Depending on alert status, the meeting place may be moved to the
Grace Assembly of God Church at the intersection of Route 23 and
Bridge Street in East Vincent Township.
Check into the Wednesday night Repeater Net for last minute
changes!
Public Service
PAARC provides local civic and charitable events, such as Walk
America, with communications.
Transmitter (Fox) Hunts
PAARC sponsors transmitter hunts on various dates and times. All
skill levels are welcome. Click on "Fox Hunting" for more
information.

Amateur Radio License Exams
PAARC holds VE testing sessions with ARRL VE's on an as needed
basis. The testing locations vary so, please contact Al Gooding
AG3T) for more information: AG3T(at)verizon.net
What to bring to the exam session
- Two forms of ID or 1 Photo ID
- Test fee of $15.00
- If upgrading, your current license and a copy (we cannot
make copies at the session), and any current valid CSCE's
(original and one copy)
- Two or more pencils
- Calculator if desired

Are you Hungry?
Hams are notorious for their eating prowess! If you want to
join in, please come hungry for:
** Breakfast **
- Sundays 7:00 AM - Ridge Restaurant, Bucktown
- Second Tuesday of the month 9:00 AM - Pottstown Diner, Pottstown.
** Lunch **
You can usually find a few of us having lunch in the cozy St.
Peter's Bakery midweek (Wed - Friday around 11:45AM) next to
French Creek. Great food and one of the best French Baguettes
outside of France!
BTW: Cell phones don't usually get reception there...
Field Day
PAARC sponsors a station (K3ZMC) in this very popular event which
is held yearly on the 4th full weekend in June.
